About the job:

We are looking for an Automation & QA Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance team. You will be required to oversee all aspects of

software and product testing and automations within the company. This may include developing testing strategies, drawing up test documents,

identifying faults, code reviews, and reviewing QA reports.

To ensure success as an Automation & QA Manager you should have extensive experience in automation, analytics, high-level problem-solving skills,

and the ability to manage projects. A top-notch Automation & QA Manager ensures the smooth running of the QA department and

ultimately customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the automation and quality assurance (QA) team: You would be responsible for overseeing and managing the automation and QA team. This would involve providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, assigning tasks and projects, and ensuring that team members have the resources they need to succeed
• Developing and implementing automated testing strategies: You would be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure that Dataloop's products and services are thoroughly tested before release. This would involve working closely with the development team to identify areas that can be automated and developing test scripts and tools to automate testing.
• Managing the QA process: You would be responsible for managing the entire QA process, from test planning and execution to defect management and reporting.
• Ensuring quality standards are met: You would be responsible for ensuring that Dataloop.AI's products and services meet the highest quality standards.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts: You would be responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts across the automation and QA team. This would involve identifying opportunities for improvement, developing plans to implement changes, and tracking progress against established goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You would be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure that Dataloop.AI's products and services meet customer needs and expectations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You would be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and quality assurance.
