About The Position

Dataloop is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services team. 

Dataloop is a one-stop shop for building and deploying powerful computer vision pipelines – data labeling, automating data ops, customizing production pipelines and weaving the human-in-the-loop for data validation. This eliminates data challenges for AI companies, allowing them to focus their resources on their core business. Our vision is to make machine learning-based systems accessible, affordable and scalable for all.

Role description:

In this role, you will use Dataloop’s newest and most advanced technologies to provide customers with tailor-made solutions for their use cases, while helping them build their own automation workflows and applications.

You will become a product expert in Dataloop Python and JS SDKs, APIs, FaaS and Pipeline solutions, supporting customers with technical recommendations and guiding them on how to use these technologies to reach their technical and operational objectives. 

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Technical Support, Data Operations and R&D teams to define and answer customers’ technical requirements, oversee technical integrations and data deliverables, making sure that customers' technical needs are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
