About the Position

The Head of Growth Marketing at Dataloop will build, scale and lead a “full stack” marketing machine strategy that includes digital, performance and content to drive sustainable revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and tactics that enable our customer acquisition, engagement and retainment goals
  • Drive programs, systems and campaigns that result in top of funnel pipeline growth and mid-funnel account acceleration through marketing campaigns
  • Run and scale large budgets for B2B paid search and paid social campaigns using (LinkedIn, Google, Youtube, Facebook) to drive Enterprise demand
  • Strategically lead and efficiently scale customer acquisition, retention and loyalty strategy across channels
  • Pull metrics, report KPIs, and optimize campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Manage and work alongside an agency to optimize campaigns and put together strategies for future initiatives
  • Open new markets and channels, creating new funnels and creatives to sustain massive growth using a deep analytical approach
  • Lead a team of marketing experts

Requirements

  • At least 6-8 years of related marketing experience
  • Technical background with enterprise and consumer acquisition and engagement
  • Experience working with Sales & Product organizations
  • A hands-on, independent and self-driven personality
  • A passion for data and the ability to run experiments to test hypotheses, summarize findings, and propose recommendations
  • Experience building integrations with systems to power growth, such as email service providers, customer data platforms, social, and referrals
  • Expert with key growth concepts such as CAC, LTV, activation, retention, advocacy, churn, cohorts, etc, and an ability to leverage these types of metrics to drive effective and impactful decision making
