About The Position

Dataloop is a one-stop shop for building and deploying powerful computer vision pipelines – data labeling, automating data ops, customizing production pipelines and weaving the human-in-the-loop for data validation. This eliminates data challenges for companies, allowing them to focus their resources on their core business. Our vision is to make machine learning-based systems accessible, affordable and scalable for all.

We are looking for a very creative and data-driven Head of Marketing to join our marketing team. If you’re a hands-on, people person, energetic, and an out-of-the-box thinker - We will be happy to hear from you!

As a head of marketing , you will be responsible for managing the company’s customer acquisition funnel. You will be playing a significant role in lead generation, sales enablement and thought-partnering with executives.

You will create, monitor and manage our website, blog, social media and web analytics, events, PR and develop insightful reports for the management.

Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in digital marketing with prior experience in working for startup companies as a hands on marketing position – bonus AI startups.


What you'll do

  • Execute marketing and PR initiatives that drive demand for our products and services through brand awareness, lead conversion and channel partnerships.
  • Drive the continued evolution of Dataloop brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear, compelling and consistent manner that resonates with and motivates target audiences.
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound acquisition strategy, including content marketing, SEM, account-based marketing, SEO, webinars, events ,sponsorships and more.
  • Partner with sales to define, execute and optimize lead handoff to improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
  • Nurture existing relationships with key partners and clients, aligning on mutual goals and driving leads through co-marketing initiatives, including co-branded content, events and sponsorships.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing integrated team of marketers (ranging from junior-level to senior) specializing in B2B demand generation, brand, content marketing, events and sponsorships, and more. 

What You know

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing at a startup company and Demonstrated success in leading growth for a software global B2B Company
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing tools, marketing, funnel & sales automation tools as, Appolo,, Mailchimp, pendo, Google Ads and more. 
  • In-depth knowledge of acquisition, buyer journeys and funnel optimization, including direct experience leveraging solutions like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • High level of proficiency in English - a Must
  • Experience with AI / Software Engineering Tools - an Advantage
  • Experience with Wordpress – A great  advantage
  • Experience as a Developers relations manager - a great advantage
