About The Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our offices in Herzliya.


·      Responsible for facilities, maintenance and Coordinate all office operations such as kitchen and office supplies, cleaning maintenance, 

working with relevant vendors, etc.

·      Collecting supplier invoices and uploading them to the invoicing system.

·      Classifying invoices per budget classification rows.

·      Issuing customers invoices and assisting with billing and collection processes.

·      Organizing and coordinating meetings. 

·      Working closely with our office manager.



·      Positive attitude and service orientation.

·      Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize.

·      Attention to details and accuracy.

·      High level of written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hebrew.

·    Good technical skills - Microsoft Office, Gmail.

Seniority Level- Entry level

Employment Type- Part-time (with option for Full-time in the future)
