Director of Business Operations
About The Position
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Operations to oversee the sales and revenue operations, implement BI strategies, and manage systems like SFDC and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tech companies, with a strong understanding of SaaS KPIs and the ability to implement processes for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the go-to-market leadership team to align business operations with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Manage and optimize our company's sales and revenue operations to improve efficiency and drive growth.
- Plan and implement BI strategies to track and analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to the executive team.
- Manage and optimize systems like SFDC and HubSpot to support our sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and implement process improvements that will drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and insights that will help inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our industry, competition, and target customers.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute on strategic plans for the business
- Hands-on position.
- Reporting to CFO.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a tech company, with a proven track record of success in sales and revenue operations.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS KPIs and experience implementing processes for sales and marketing
- Experience managing and optimizing systems like SFDC and HubSpot
- Proven ability to plan and implement BI strategies to track and analyze key performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights from complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
