About The Position

What does dataloop do?

Dataloop is a one-stop shop for building and deploying powerful computer vision pipelines – data labeling, automating data ops, customizing production pipelines and weaving the human-in-the-loop for data validation. This eliminates data challenges for companies, allowing them to focus their resources on their core business. Our vision is to make machine learning-based systems accessible, affordable and scalable for all.

What are we looking for?

A hands-on HR professional who can efficiently build and execute recruiting, annual review processes, mentoring, and other HR activities, as well as manage the HR team. As a Director of HR, you will help recruit Dataloop’s rapidly growing global team, as well as lead and structure the HR ongoing operations and HR strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and talent acquisition: leading all talent and running our global recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Responsible for defining and maintaining all processes of HR Department, including recruitment, evaluation processes, employee feedback, compensation review, workforce planning, managers training programs, HR policies etc.
  • Managing the HR team
  • Serve as the key HR authority of the company, working closely with executive management and employees
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive management team to provide guidance and strategic advisory
  • Mentor and help grow employees by creating employee development plans, and providing professional guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in managing HR department 
  • 4+ years as an HR professional in a progressive HR team, including experience in implementing cross-organizational HR processes, preferably at a growth stage startup.
  • Holistic experience in HR operations such as direct sourcing and recruiting, employee evaluation, workforce planning and HR operations
  • Experience in building and managing an HR department 
  • Hands-on type of person who is passionate about people
  • Leadership and managerial skills
  • Strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
