Product support engineer
About The Position
Dataloop is looking for a Product support engineer team member to join our amazing team.
You will provide fast, technical and communicative support to our customers and deliver them answers and solutions throughout their journey with us.
We are looking for a person who can Identify customers’ needs, eager and passionate in helping customers with creative solution thinking.
- At least 3 years technical cloud product support, Tier2 and above - Must
- Good Knowledge of Python - Must
- Native English speaker or comparable - Must
- Excellent communication skills - Must
- Experience with ticketing system- Advantage
- Prior experience as QA - Advantage
- Able to handle and escalate issues as needed
- Creative solution thinking
