Product Support Engineer
About The Position
Dataloop is looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our amazing team.
You will provide fast, technical and communicative support to our customers and deliver them with answers and solutions throughout their journey with us.
We are looking for a person who can identify customers’ needs, is eager to help customers and is passionate about making them happy and satisfied.
- Excellent communicator who’s able to earn customers’ trust
- Have technical capabilities to learn and master the Dataloop platform
- Wants to help our customers and deliver the answers and solutions they need
- 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS support position
- Tier 2 and above experiance
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- High level of technical understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in QA
- Familiarity with Jira
- At least one year's experience with Python
- Familiar with known ticketing services (Zendesk, Intercom etc.)
